Erica is a former K-12 educator turned operational leader who excels in problem solving, strategic planning, and systems design. While earning her M.Ed, she spent six years teaching, and coached a Nationally-ranked Speech and Debate team.
After transitioning out of education, Erica honed her operational leadership skills, building efficient processes and systems to support a rapidly scaling publishing company, as well as leading creative production, client success, and strategic initiatives teams.
