Canopy Neurodiversity Foundation is hiring a Head of Operations to serve as the Executive Director’s senior internal partner and build the systems that power our mission to improve employment outcomes for neurodivergent teens and adults in Washington State.​

• Title: Head of Operations​
• Location: Seattle, WA (virtual office with local in‑person meetings)​
• Status: Full‑time, 40 hours/week​
• Salary range: $165,000– $190,000 plus benefits​
• Target start date: May 4, 2026 (or mutually agreed upon date)​

What you’ll lead

In this role, you will:

• Translate strategy into operational and financial plans for a small, growing private foundation.​
• Lead core operations across finance, HR/employment, compliance, IT, and legal.​
• Own key systems (GMS, CRM, collaboration tools) and improve processes that support staff and grantees.​

What you bring

• 15+ years’ professional experience in operations, finance, accounting, and/or business administration.​
• Strength in financial management and comfort partnering with senior leadership and the Board.​
• A hands‑on, systems‑building mindset and a commitment to neuroinclusive, equity‑centered practices.​

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $165,000– $190,000 depending on experience and alignment with mission and values.​
• Benefits: 11 paid holidays, 15 vacation days, 100% employer‑paid health coverage for employees and dependent children, and a 401(k) with employer match.​
