Founder and Board Member

Angela Chabot is a lawyer who, with her husband, Christian Chabot, founded two foundations. The Chabots founded the Holocene Fund in 2018 to focus on conservation and climate change. The Chabots founded Canopy Neurodiversity Foundation (formerly the Washington Neurodiversity Project) in 2023 to improve employment outcomes for neurodivergent individuals in Washington State. Angela is also a founding board member of Trillium Academy, an innovative school for twice-exceptional (neurodivergent and gifted) students. Prior to her career in foundation management, Angela worked as a career law clerk for the United States District Court. She holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BS in Biology from Stanford University.
