CANOPY SUPPORTS

A VARIETY OF PARTNERS & INITIATIVES

We expect the neurodiversity employment community in Washington to grow stronger over time and that we will serve as an ecosystem catalyst in its expansion. Therefore, we will work in collaboration with partners as our primary means of driving change.

FEATURED PARTNERS

redpoint Seattle

Redpoint’s personalized coaching approach empowers clients to better understand their strengths, set meaningful goals, and develop the skills needed to thrive in their careers.  Redpoint is expanding access to these vital services via the Canopy Neurodiversity Foundation Career Coaching Support Program. This grant-supported initiative reduces financial barriers, making high-quality, neuroaffirming coaching more affordable for neurodistinct individuals who are often underserved in traditional career development settings. Together, we’re working to ensure more people have the tools and support they need to succeed.

Ryther’s Aspiring Youth

Ryther’s Seattle Creators Studio (SCS) offers neurodivergent teens a unique opportunity to build pre-employment skills in a supportive, creative environment. Through group-based learning and hands-on projects, SCS participants explore their passion for technology while developing self-confidence, leadership, and collaboration skills.  Canopy Neurodiversity Foundation’s funding support for this innovative program is helping more young people unlock their potential and gain valuable experience for future workplace success.

Teens In Public Service

For the past 20 years, Teens in Public Service (TIPS) has connected high school students with paid summer internships at local nonprofits, building leadership and community commitment. With support from the Canopy Neurodiversity Foundation’s Partner Work Experience program, TIPS is ensuring that neurodivergent teens have the access and support needed to thrive in TIPS internships.  Together, we’re helping Greater Puget Sound non-profits become more neuroinclusive and creating more space for neurodistinct youth to grow as leaders, embrace their strengths, and make meaningful contributions to their communities.

Supporting Neuroinclusion Through Invitation

We support neuroinclusion in Washington State through invitation-only grants. Although we do not take unsolicited applications, we value opportunities to connect with organizations making an impact in this field.
